Our atmosphere is full of humid air and unstable again tonight for more area storms.

A Flash Flood Warning was allowed to expire for Sunland Park New Mexico at 5:15 P. M.  Radar estimated up to one inch of heavy rain in one hour over Sunland Park, from stationary thunderstorms over the area.

Thunderstorms will increase in coverage over the lowlands towards the evening hours, more so north and west of the metro areas.

Localized flooding will be possible in a few places from isolated storms tonight, tomorrow and Friday.

High temperatures will heat near seasonal, but perhaps a few degrees above normal the further east of El Paso into the weekend.  The possibility for strong storms will remain on both Thursday and Friday.

Late day thunderstorm chances will thin out and become a little more even spread out across the area this weekend.
