El Paso, TX (KTSM) — The Borderland is under a Weather Authority Alert as it can expect one more day of near-record temperatures before a cold wave of Canadian air moves into the region and drops highs nearly 30 degrees into Wednesday.
El Paso and Las Cruces can expect to see temperatures in the upper 90’s Tuesday afternoon, however this will be short-lived as temperatures will drop much quicker than usual into the evening.
