Migrants who thought they had asylum interview appointments Friday at the Paso del Norte port of entry in El Paso were turned back because they had problems confirming those appointments in the CBP One app, which must be used by citizens of Venezuela, Haiti, Cuba and Nicaragua seeking humanitarian entry into the U.S.
