El Paso Police confirmed two early morning crashes on Monday, Nov. 20 were connected. Police confirm both of the crashes happened at around 3 a.m. Monday and two individuals have been detained. The first crash happened near the intersection of Gateway East and Zaragoza in East El Paso. Shortly after, a second crash was reported on Yarbrough at Lafayette in El Paso’s Lower Valley where a vehicle crashed into a drainage canal.
