Rhinos top OKC Blazers 6-0, win WSHL Midwest Division crown

The El Paso Rhinos dominated the OKC Blazers 6-0 on Saturday night in game two of the WSHL Midwest Division series to advance back to the Thorne Cup Finals.

The Rhinos scored two goals in every period en route to the victory, one night after needing overtime to beat the same OKC team in game one of the best-of-three series on Friday evening.

With the win, the defending Thorne Cup champions will have a chance to defend their title April 9-13. If they do so, it’ll be their third Thorne Cup since 2014.
