NMSU rallys to beat Seattle for 11th straight win

New Mexico State trailed Seattle U by as many as 13 points, but the Aggies proved why they’re the team to beat in the WAC, rallying for a 59-53 win at the Pan Am Center on Saturday night.

Trailing 40-29 midway through the second half, the Aggies outscored the Redhawks 30-13 the rest of the way to secure the win. Trevelin Queen paced NMSU with 13 points, as they grabbed their 11th straight win.

NMSU (22-4, 11-1 WAC) held on to its three-game lead in the WAC with the come-from-behind victory. They’ll step out of conference play on Tuesday to play Texas A&M International, before hosting UTRGV on Feb. 23 at the Pan Am Center.
