EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Americas and Coronado split a District 1-6A doubleheader on the west side on Friday night.
In the boys game, the T-Birds took down the Trail Blazers 38-28, using a big fourth quarter run to put Americas away.
In the girls game, Americas flipped the script and beat Coronado 45-23.
