UTEP Athletic Director Jim Senter believes every person makes a difference and you can, too, with a pair of socks supporting UTEP athletics.

Senter created the hashtag “#EPMAD,” which stands for “Every Person Makes A Difference,” earlier this year shortly after he accepted the job. He is active on social media, especially Twitter.  He told KTSM back in January it was important for him to connect with the community.

“We all have a chance to make a difference in every walk of life and what we do today and tomorrow,” Senter said earlier this year.  “In this case, I’m obviously referring it to UTEP athletics, in the fact that I need more and more people to make a difference. The question is is it going to be positive or is it going to be negative?”

Now, UTEP Athletics is using #EPMAD on socks as a way to gain more supporters.  Every person that donates $100 to UTEP Athletics will receive a pair of socks, while supplies last.

The goal is to have 4,000 supporters. UTEP Athletics believes 4,000 supporters will put them at the top of Conference USA and make a statement that donors and fans believe in making a positive impact on Miner Athletics.
