The changing of the guard theme continues at UTEP, as the athletic department announced the firing of volleyball head coach Holly Watts.

The Miners were 48-127 in 6 seasons under Watts, and finished 2018 just 5-21.

Watts is the second UTEP coach to be let go under Athletic Director Jim Senter, after soccer coach Kevin Cross was fired a few weeks ago.
