A multi-million-dollar transportation project is coming to East El Paso.

Construction for the nearly $122 million project will run along Montana from Global Reach to Zaragoza.

Representative Joe Pickett says it will serve the area’s growing traffic demand by building frontage roads and main lanes.

It aims to increase capacity and improve the safety of traffic on Montana.

Construction is expected to begin in March 2019 and be completed in summer of 2022.
