Toddler dies in 4 wheeler accident

According to El Paso Police a 4-year-old boy was killed after the ATV that he was a passenger in flipped over.

This happened in the desert area of the 12700 block of Pebble Hills. Police say both the toddler and the 33-year-old male driver were ejected when the driver used the brakes and the vehicle rolled.

Police say a passerby was flagged down near the scene and transported the toddler to the Sierra Providence East where the child passed away.

Special Traffic Investigators continue investigating the accident.
