High pressure and west winds will warm up temperatures and dry out conditions throughout the rest of the week.
We will kick off a warming trend today that will last until Saturday. Today’s forecast highs will be in the upper 70s and just slightly below normal by around 2°-3°.
Winds will be calm as they come from the northwest at 5-10 mph. Winds will also remain calm through our overnight as well.
High temperatures will be back in the 80s and above average tomorrow. However we are expected to see the return of breezy conditions as they come from the east at 15-20 mph and gusts 30 mph.
Saturday looks to be the day of our next wind event. As of right now it looks like we will see winds 20-30 mph and gusts 40 mph, meaning we will more than likely see a Wind Advisory go into effect. Forecast highs will also be in the upper 80s at this time.
By Easter, we will start to see a cooling trend as well as more breezy conditions. Winds will come at 15-25 mph and gusts at 35 mph. This would make us low end windy for your Eater Sunday.
Our next storm system and backdoor cold front will come in on Monday night meaning we will see a 10% chance of showers Monday night and cooler temperatures Tuesday.
A 20% chance of showers and possible thunderstorms will be in the forecast Tuesday and Wednesday of next week.
Conditions are expected to clear up and warm up by next Thursday.
