A Wells Fargo spokesperson said some customers have been unable to log in due to the issue, according to WAVY.
Reports indicate the outage is affecting customers nationwide, including in El Paso.
According to a tweet, the issue happened when smoke was detected during routine maintenance at one of its facilities.
