More than 3,000 without electricity amid outage in Horizon City

HORIZON CITY, Texas (KTSM) – More than 3,000 Horizon City homes and businesses are without electricity amid an outage Sunday afternoon.

According to El Paso Electric, the outage was reported just after 4 p.m. in the Gateway East area near Horizon Blvd.

No word yet on what caused the outage. Typical restoration time is typically three hours or less.
