EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 39-year-old man featured in Crime Stoppers’ “Most Wanted” fugitives for the week of May 26 has been apprehended, Crime Stoppers of El Paso reported on Monday, May 29.
Justin Christopher Medrano was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender, according to Crime Stoppers of El Paso.
