3 dead, one wounded in Central El Paso shooting

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) - UPDATE: 

Three people are dead, and one was injured, in a Central El Paso shooting Friday evening.

According to police, two males and one female died. One male was also taken to the hospital.

It happened outside of an apartment complex.

Investigators have not said of the shooter is in custody but say neighbors should not be concerned. Investigator expect to be on scene through the early morning.

Police are responding to a shooting that happened in Central El Paso Friday evening.

According to police, the incident happened near the intersection of Lincoln and Lackland near Travis Elementary School.

The photo above, submitted by KTSM viewer Brian Chalmers, shows at least two people down at the scene. The extent of their injuries are currently unknown.
