El Paso and Las Cruces woke up to some patchy fog Friday morning.
The fog lifted once our temperatures began to warm up in the late morning hours.
Our cloudy weather will continue for most areas through the end of the week, as an active weather pattern persists across the Desert Southwest.
We may see a brief break in the clouds this afternoon and Saturday, before the next cold front brings the clouds back on Sunday.
The widespread cloud cover will move out of the area early next week, but storms will still be in the forecast.
We expect to finally dry out later next week.
