EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso 911 dispatchers are among the unsung heroes of August 3, 2019. Each of them provided a voice of calm and reason during the chaos and fear.
Their actions that morning saved countless lives. On the first anniversary of that tragic day, we hear from three of them. Each bringing a different perspective of what they heard and how they helped lead El Paso through the turmoil.
