EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Police are conducting an investigation into a death in the Upper Valley Monday evening, April 10.
The Crimes Against Persons Unit, which investigates homicides and suspicious deaths, is on the scene at the 5900 block of Sixta, police report. They are expected to remain on scene through the night.
