El Paso is just one day away from the debut of the El Chuco Fair.
The event was originally set to open at South-Central El Paso’s Ascarate Park on Thursday, but will instead kick off on Friday due to high winds.
According to a Facebook post, admission will cost $2 on Friday. Tickets for adults typically cost $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, military, and children ages 5-12, and free for children 4 and younger.
The fair will include rides, a petting zoo, pig racing, pony and camel rides, tiger show, traditional fair foods, and more.
“We are excited to bring this amazing event to El Paso at Ascarate Park,” said Brian Ellsworth, president of Southwood Entertainment. “We bring in high-quality entertainment, unique and educational attractions and a fun experience for the whole family, all for one low admission price.”
The El Chuco Fair will be held through April 21.
