UPDATE: An El Paso Fire spokesperson has confirmed a woman in her 40s was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Combined Search and Rescue Team is currently responding to reports of an injured hiker at Chuck Heinrich Park in Northeast El Paso, according to the El Paso Fire Department.
