Christmas spirit is relatively fa-la-la-la-LOW in Texas and New Mexico, a recent study suggests.

Internet company CenturyLink analyzed the number of Christmas tree farms per capita, charitable giving, and holiday-related Google searches, music streaming, and tweets from all 50 states.

Texas came in at No. 38, and New Mexico at No. 41.

Washington, South Dakota, and Utah sit atop the list of places with the most Christmas spirit.
