SAN ANTONIO, Texas (KXAN) — An Amber Alert that was issued for a San Antonio toddler Thursday morning has been discontinued.
The toddler was found safe and the alert discontinued a few hours after it was first issued.
The Texas Department of Public Safety sent the alert for a toddler who San Antonio Police say was abducted Thursday morning.
Authorities did not say whether the suspect was taken into custody.
