EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The second oldest parade in El Paso kicked off its 45th annual rendition Saturday, April 8, with this year’s theme being “Wild Wild West.”
The parade started at 10 a.m. and featured 2023 Grand Marshal Wayne Thornton, who’s known for his work with youth sports and parks and recreation in El Paso.
