EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Fire Department conducted a confined space rescue operation Saturday afternoon, April 22, and rescued two individuals stuck in a manhole in the Lower Valley.
The incident happened at Pan American Drive and Winn Road. One person was transported with serious injuries (Code 3) and the other person with minor injuries (Code 1).
The scene has been turned over to the Border Patrol.
