Student hit by vehicle at Fort Bliss school suffers minor injuries

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A young student suffered minor injuries when they were hit by a vehicle outside Milam Elementary School on Friday morning at Fort Bliss.

An El Paso Independent School District spokesman confirmed that the child suffered only minor injuries, including some scrapes and bruises.

The spokesman said the student in 6 years old and will be “OK.”

The district is investigating the incident.
