After analyzing customer traffic at all El Paso Electric (EPE) customer service locations, EPE will be closing the customer service office located at 1201 South Solano Drive in Las Cruces after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.
“Our Water St. location is the busiest customer service office in Las Cruces, and streamlining operations at Water St. will be the most effective way to serve our customers,” said Joe Garibay, Director of Customer Care at El Paso Electric. “The Water St. location provides both walk-in and drive-thru services, which will help us consolidate and enhance our service operations to be more efficient.”
Employees currently working at the Solano location will begin assisting customers at the Water Street office at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 26, 2018. Hours of operation will remain 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the lobby and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for drive-thru service, Monday through Friday.
