El Paso County Sheriff’s Office officials confirm they are on the scene of an investigation into the deaths of two people near Fabens High School.
Law enforcement were dispatched to the 300 block of NE H Ave. in Fabens around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in response to two “unresponsive parties.”
A spokesperson with the sheriff’s department said, “Upon arrival deputies determined that the two parties were deceased inside the residence. At that time, the major crime unit and investigators were requested to the scene and at this time they’re conducting their investigation.”
A neighbor told KTSM she knows the couple that is believed to be dead.
“We never had any problems or anything like that. It’s a shock to know that something like this would happen,” said Dora Castillo.
