A Socorro High School employee was removed from campus after being accused of inappropriate conduct, according to the principal.
An investigation is looking into the conduct on an campus employee, who has not been publicly named, according to a phone call to parents that was shared on Twitter by principal Josh Tovar.
The call said, “the individual named was promptly place on administrative leave pending the outcome of our investigation.”
It added, “Due to confidentiality laws, this is all the information we are able to share at this time. That said, I assure you that the Socorro Independent School District will take all necessary action to ensure that continued safety and security of our children at Socorro High School.”
No other information has been released by the district at this time.
