Police search for missing Northeast El Paso man with dementia

UPDATE:

Police say Daniel Vega-Gonzalez, 64, has been found after he was reported missing Thursday afternoon.

According to police, Vega-Gonzalez returned home after having issues with his vehicle.

EARLIER:

The El Paso Police Department needs your help finding a missing man who suffers from dementia.

According to a news release, Daniel Vega-Gonzalez, 64, was in his home located at the 4800 block of Rolling Stone early Thursday morning.

However, a visiting family member later discovered that he and his car were no longer there.

Police say Vega-Gonzalez is under a doctor’s care for his dementia.

According to a news release, Vega-Gonzalez is described as bald, 5’6″, and 160 pounds with brown eyes and a grey goatee.

His vehicle is described as a beige 2018 Honda Accord. See below for a similar model:
