TXDOT says that all lanes are closed on I-10 E. at Copia.
According to them, traffic will need to get off I-10 E. at Exit 22 A.
There is no timeframe on when the area will be reopened.
El Paso Police are investigating a serious crash involving a motorcycle on I-10 East near the Raynolds Ramp.
It happened around 12:30 this morning.
Police say Special Traffic Investigators are headed to the scene.
