According to multiple media outlets, a federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the National Football League in the matter of Ezekiel Elliott’s six-game suspension.

According to ESPN, the three-judge panel voted to 2-1 to back the NFL’s argument against the Dallas Cowboys running back.

A federal judge in Texas blocked the suspension last month.

Elliott was previously accused of domestic violence in Ohio, but police chose not to press charges.
