EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – El Paso Police Department and First Responders are on the scene of a wreck on I-10 West, directly under the Spaghetti Bowl.

According to officials, one person has been transported to the hospital in serious condition after the crash in the westbound lanes, shortly before the Copia Exit.

It is unknown at this time the number of vehicles involved, however traffic in the westbound lane is backed up to Geronimo, with traffic in all eastbound lanes slowing to a crawl.
