Meet Javier, the first baby born in El Paso in 2019

Meet the first baby born at the Hospitals of Providence this year, his name is Javier.

Javier Alexander Reyes is the first baby of 2019 born at The Hospitals of Providence at 1:31 a.m. Tuesday morning at The Hospitals of Providence East Campus.  

Javier entered this world weighing in at 7 lbs 12 oz and measuring 20.375 in.  

“Both mom and baby are healthy and celebrating their first day of 2019,” a statement from the hospital said.
