Injuries reported in overnight shooting

El Paso Police confirm they’re investigating a shooting that happened overnight in Northeast El Paso that left at least one person with injuries.

The shooting happened in the 9700 block of McCombs near Manila Dr. just before 2 a.m. Wednesday morning.

El Paso Fire Medical Services confirm one person was taken to an area hospital with injuries that are not believed to be serious.

Details are limited at this time, but EPPD confirms their Gang Unit is investigating and additional details will be released shortly.
