Garbage truck catches fire in West El Paso near middle school

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A garbage truck caught fire near the entrance of Hornedo Middle School Friday morning.

The El Paso Fire Department responded to the fire just after 9:30 a.m. in the 6000 block of High Ridge, according to the department Twitter account.

No injuries were reported and the fire was contained, the Fire Department said. 

Photos were released on the Twitter account.
