As a storm system from the west come into our area wind speeds and rain chances will increase for today.
Humid air associated with this storm system will be very limited meaning we will only see a 10% chance of showers in the forecast until 11 a.m. today. Rain chances will clear out completely until noon, and we will stay dry throughout the rest of the weekend as well.
Wind speeds will increase once again for today. Winds will come from the West at 15-25+ mph and gusts 35+ mph for today. Peak wind speeds for today will be between 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Winds will slowly die down later tonight.
But this will be short lived as winds will increase once again on Saturday. Winds are expected to increase to just below Wind Advisory levels making it the windiest day this week. Winds will contonue to be breezy until Tuesday as well.
Cold air coming in fro our Pacific west will start dropping our temoeratures down slowly thoughout the next week to more winter-like temoeratures.
For today we will remain in the 70s and stay more seasonal in the mid 60s for tomorrow. However we will see more winter-like temperatures by Sunday.
A backdoor cold front coming in from the East on Monday night will keep temepratures cold all next week as well.
