EPSCO: Wanted sex offender left Horizon halfway house to go to work, never returned

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding a wanted sex offender who reportedly left a Horizon City halfway house last week.

According to a news release, Marcos Antonio Toscano absconded from the El Paso Transitional Living Center on September 29. 

Officials say Toscano left the facility to go to work, but never returned.

He is now wanted on a parole violation warrant, and an additional charge of Sex Offenders Duty to Register is forthcoming, according to the release.

Toscano’s sex offense is for indecency with a 9-year-old girl. He is currently on parole for possession of a firearm.

Officials believe Toscano may be in the Chaparral, NM area. 

Anyone with information on his location is asked to call the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 915-538-2008.
