EPPD’s Crimes Against Persons unit investigating murder on Texas Avenue, area blocked off

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The 1700 block of Texas Avenue is blocked off on Tuesday morning.

The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons unit responded to a medical incident at 7:54 a.m. on Tuesday. When officers arrived, they discovered the victim’s body.

CAP remains on scene during the investigation.
