EPPD investigating fatal stabbing in South Central El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department is investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred in South Central El Paso on Friday morning.

Police did not indicate the victim’s age, but said it was a man.

The stabbing happened at the 300 block of N. San Marcial St., near Durazno Avenue. Police sent out a media alert at 8:04 a.m. on Friday.

EPPD said the stabbing was the result of a domestic disturbance early Friday morning. At about 3:30 a.m. Friday, police were called to investigate a stabbing when a 21-year-old man arrived at Del Sol Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. That’s when EPPD was alerted to investigate a residence at the 300 block of San Marcial St., where they discovered the victim’s body.
