An El Paso man is dead after investigators say the car he was riding in was involved in a wrong way crash.

David Adam McKenzie, 34, was killed early Thursday morning on I-10 near Fort Hancock.

Investigators say Jason Everett Hitt, Jr. was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes when his vehicle hit a semi head on.  Both Hitt, Jr. and McKenzie were pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the semi, Jody Reyes, 53, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.  Investigators tell KTSM McKenzie was not wearing a seatbelt.
