Tiffany Menefee, the owner of Pronto Body Shop, is on the February cover of Fender Bender. It’s a magazine for auto repair shops across the country.
In the article, Menefee shares how she’s been able to turn the business from making a $375,000 profit annually to $1.3 million a year.
It’s about having a good relationship with insurance company’s she said because it is those companies who help bring in profit when they recommend the body shop for repairs.
It’s easy for her to see where they are coming from because she worked as an insurance agent for two decades before she bought Pronto Body Shop.
