Cincinnati St. closure and parking

El Paso News

Cincinnati street is expected to be closed for the next four months for the construction of the Kern Place Improvement Project.

Although the street will be closed to any on-coming traffic and up-front parking, businesses will still remain open.

According to the City of El Paso, during construction anyone can park the Glory Road Transfer Center and get the first hour for free. Every subsequent hour will cost $1. This pricing excludes special event parking, such as when a flat fee is charged during events such as UTEP football games.
