Animal Services hosts adoption special to celebrate 91 percent live-release rate

El Paso Animal Services is celebrating February’s record breaking 91.2 percent live-release rate by hosting a special adoption celebration this weekend.

Beginning Friday, the first 90 pets to be adopted will be free for their fur-ever family. Every pet adopted after the first 90 will have their fees reduced to just $9.

The celebration runs through Sunday, Mar. 11.
