7 people evacuated, 4 dogs rescued from Northeast El Paso fire

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – UPDATE:

Seven people were evacuated and four dogs were rescued from a Northeast El Paso mobile home fire Thursday afternoon, according to the El Paso Fire Department.

Officials say the home was a total loss.

33 firefighters and 13 units responded to the fire, according to the department.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.

EARLIER:

Crews are battling a fire that broke out in Northeast El Paso Thursday afternoon.

According to the El Paso Fire Department, firefighters responded to the 10100 block of Whitetail at about 4:30 p.m. 

No injuries have been reported.
