UPDATE: A man was hit and killed by three vehicles on Sunday night in Central El Paso.
The three sedans hit the man at about 8:38 p.m. as he was trying to cross Cotton Street near Magoffin.
The three cars were a blue four-door sedan, a red sedan and 1994 Honda Accord. Only the Accord stopped, the two other cars continued north on Cotton, police said in a news release.
The man who tried to cross the street, died at the scene. Police have not identified him publicly, but they did say he was not using a crosswalk.
Investigators are asking anyone with information on the two other vehicles are asked to call 915-212-4080.
ORIGINAL: A person was struck by a vehicle Sunday night in Central El Paso.
The accident happened just before 9 p.m. at Cotton and Magoffin.-
A KTSM crew saw a body covered by a white sheet, but police have not confirmed if this was a deadly accident and they have not identified anyone involved.
