EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A child was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries after nearly drowning Saturday, May 20 in East El Paso, according to El Paso Fire Department.
The incident was reported at 2:37 p.m., at the 1930 block of Bay City Pl.
