Baylor student becomes second suspected case of Coronavirus in Texas

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Texas Health officials are investigating whether a Baylor University student has the state’s second suspected case of the deadly Coronavirus.

According to our partners at Texas Tribune, the student, who traveled to China earlier this year, is being monitored and isolated in a room on Baylor’s campus.

As we have reported, the first suspected patient was an unnamed student at Texas A&M University.
