The NES Classic was first released in 2016 and featured 30 pre-loaded games like “Super Mario Bros” and “Donkey Kong.”
However, at $60, the console proved to be extremely popular and was difficult for consumers to find.
Nintendo also announced the SNES Classic Edition will be available through the end of the year as well, according to CNBC.
