Espinoza and Campbell

Two men allegedly threw drugs out the widow during a car chase with police.

Charlie Duke Campbell, 36, and Ricardo Espinoza, 38, were arrested at about 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 19 on I-10 East near Sunland Park, according to an El Paso Police Department release.

The container was a black sunglasses case that had 13 grams of methamphetamine and prescription pills.

Campbell, who was wanted for a parole violation, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, evading arrest and tampering with evidence. His bond was set at $40,000.

Espinoza was charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, and six outstanding warrants. His bond was set at $35,000.
